Michele holds everything together.
When it comes to management, billing and accounting expertise, no one performs quite like Michele. With an extensive background in administration and accounting, Michele first came to Merge as a receptionist. Although front desk responsibilities and basic office management are necessary parts of any company, Michele hadn’t even begun to show her skills in this role. As months passed, Michele took on more and more responsibilities including contract writing, billing and payroll and was promoted to Office and Finance Manager.
Although Michele is intently focused on her large family, when it comes to Merge she is all business. Her accounting skills were honed to near perfection as she took control of all billing and resource maintenance responsibilities within Merge’s internal account processing database. She continued to educate herself with Human Resource training and became an indispensable part of the Merge team by adapting to growing business needs and continuing to challenge herself professionally with new responsibilities.
Michele now serves as Director of Finance and Administration and is in charge of all accounts receivable and payable, billing, payroll duties and human resource management and an innumerable amount of additional business management and accounting duties at Merge. Our agency rightfully boasts many of the industry’s brightest, most innovative and hard-working creative and account professionals, but Michele is an essential part of what keeps Merge running as a competitive and efficient business.
